We want to make sure that you love your Baby Dust Co. pieces. Whether you’ve ordered paper treasures or one of our pregnancy reveal essentials, see below for more detailed returns.
All our products are made to order, which helps us reduce waste, avoid excess inventory, and minimize our environmental footprint. Because of this, we typically do not accept returns.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’re happy to offer a replacement—just contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
As our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds — however, we’re happy to provide a replacement in case of any damage or issue. Your satisfaction matters to us.
